The substance behind your business

SAAR Holdings Ltd was incorporated in Scotland on 9 February 2026 with a single discipline: take fundamentally sound local businesses and give them institutional-grade operations, treasury governance and automated intelligence.

The group draws no salaries and pays no dividends until its first Management Services Agreement generates revenue. Every pound stays deployed into assets, systems and sites.

Through its subsidiary SAAR Convenience Store Limited, the group is location scouting across Glasgow, Dunblane and central Scotland, in advanced discussions with Morrisons Daily and SPAR on franchise and co-location partnerships. No physical stores are operational yet.
